There has recently been a rash of revelations providing us more context to the politically biased censorship activities related to the 2020 election. Much of the recent exposure has come from the efforts put forth by Michael Shellenberger and his team over atPublicin what they are calling the “CTIL files:”

Reading through the CTIL files revealed just how much Donald Trump’s victory in 2016 disrupted the status quo of the entrenched bureaucracy within the administrative state, as well as how desperate they were to remove him from the equation. The censorship campaign was just one part of what appears to be a much larger, but coordinated effort to prevent another Trump victory, and the genesis of this effort came from the Obama White House just before Trump’s inauguration.

On January 6th, 2017, Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson, released a statement designating “Election Infrastructure” as a “critical infrastructure.” In their September of 2020 Election Infrastructure Security Resource Guide, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) explained what that designation enabled:

The critical infrastructure designation led to the creation of the EIS GCC and EISCC. They state it was for the purpose of “information sharing” but it’s really much more sinister than that. These are the entities who told us “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”

If you questioned the statement above, it was these entities who assisted in shutting you down.

Understanding these two entities is crucial because as I said, something more sinister is happening with their roles in our election infrastructure, beyond the censorship.

I have already covered the EISCC in detail in a previous article, so I won’t elaborate much on them here. It is made up of the private sector companies actually administering our election, companies like Dominion and Smartmatic. They are tasked with advising on how our elections should be administered. Here is a brief summary on the EISCC:

Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic were two of the members of the EISCC which “advises and assists” our government with election security by “coordinating with the DHS to develop, recommend, and review sector-wide plans, procedures, and effective practices in support of infrastructure protection, including training, education, and implementation”. They were also making “recommendations to appropriate authorities to mitigate impediments to effective critical infrastructure security”.

The EISCC operates under the framework of CIPAC and is exempt from Public Law 92-463 (exempt from oversight), they are classified as “Special Government Employees” and they have been certified that their “services outweighs the potential for a conflict of interest created by the financial interest involved.”

This means our government knows there is a “potential for a conflict of interest created by the financial interest involved” for members of the EISCC because the “official responsible for the employee’s appointment” has to certify it. They know there is a conflict of interest for members of the EISCC yet they allow it to operate without oversight.

The EIS GCC is made up of government agencies and entities and they are tasked with implementing the election security recommendations put forth by the EI-SCC (the companies administering our elections like Dominion and Smartmatic).

In order to implement that election security, the EIS-GCC partnered with an outside organization called the Center for Internet Security (CIS).

The EIS-GCC and CIS would establish the Elections Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center" (EI-ISAC). The entire purpose of the EI-ISAC was to promote the cybersecurity of our elections.

Both CIS and the EI-ISAC were mentioned by the CITL files:

There were two roles that CIS played when it came to “election security.” One of those roles was with the censorship. We will get to the other role they played shortly but before we do, it’s important to understand just how big their role was with the censorship, and just how biased it was.

One of the sources for the CITL files is a November 6th, 2023 report from the House of Representatives Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government titled “THE WEAPONIZATION OF “DISINFORMATION” PSEUDO-EXPERTS AND BUREAUCRATS: HOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PARTNERED WITH UNIVERSITIES TO CENSOR AMERICANS’ POLITICAL SPEECH.”

This report provides excruciating detail of CIS’ role in the “censorship industrial complex.” It was through its EI-ISAC that they actually served as “the singular conduit for election officials to report” what they deemed as election misinformation:

CIS worked directly with social media companies in getting content removed from platforms.

They also worked to take down posts on behalf of Democrat candidates, including posts sent to them directly by Katie Hobbs.

CIS targeted “former, current, and prospective” Republican legislators as well as many other accounts who were considered conservative and pro-Trump at the time.

The highly partisan nature of the censorship went as far as targeting Donald Trump himself.

Understanding the active role in censorship by CIS and the EI-ISAC, which was clearly biased against President Trump, is important context because as mentioned earlier, censoring conservatives was not the only role that CIS played in the 2020 election. The second role they played is far more disturbing.

The Center for Internet Security also provided cybersecurity for our election infrastructure.

CIS created an “elections-focused cyber defense suite,” and then give it away for free to anybody who becomes a member of the EI-ISAC. :

This free membership, entailing an “elections-focused cyber defense suite” allowed for a mass rollout across the United States. The access given to CIS in order to “defend the nation’s election systems from cyberthreats” is pervasive and concerning.

The Center for Internet Security was rolling out EDR software to be installed on laptops and servers at election offices, with the stated aim of “detecting malicious activity.” What’s worse is that the Center for Internet Security wasn’t actually using its own software for this endpoint detection. Instead, they contracted out a third party and used tools provided by that third party to identify and respond to malicious activity surrounding our election infrastructure.

That third party is Crowdstrike.

To further prove this, here is a contract proving Crowdstrike was providing EDR services for the 2020 election. If you would like more detail on this topic, read this article of mine from 2021.

This will likely not be new to anybody but Crowdstrike has close ties to the democrat party and has been involved in questionable cyber-related analysis in the past:

Crowdstrike performing any role in the cybersecurity efforts of our elections is something any objective person should consider to be inappropriate or at the very least a cause for concern.

Keep in mind who actually brought them into the picture.

The Center for Internet Security already proved too biased against Trump with how they dictated the flow of information in the public sphere by censoring conservative voices questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election.

Is it possible they were dictating the flow of information privately too?

Executive Order 13848 required the intelligence community (IC) to assess whether there was interference in the election or not. This assessment told us that there is “no evidence” of shenanigans surrounding the 2020 election:

This conclusion by the intelligence community has not only been repeated ad nauseum by the media, but it has also been mentioned multiple times throughout Trump’s J6 case. Donald Trump questioning the legitimacy of the 2020 election is what has ultimately led to the political persecution he has faced since 2021.

The question I’m not seeing asked is what specific sources was the IC using to state there was no evidence of a compromised election?

This is what the ICA claimed was their “source of information:”

We know CIS and Crowdstrike were the ones monitoring the election systems. We know both Crowdstrike and CIS have a proven history of bias against one of the candidates on the ballot of the election they were tasked with securing from cyber threats in 2020.

Was the actual source for the conclusions found in the ICA Crowdstrike and/or the Center for Internet Security?

Maybe it’s just a coincidence that the conclusion found in the ICA was the exact conclusion CIS was censoring people for questioning.

We can even further prove the biased nature of the Center for Internet Security.

Do you believe this individual could be unbiased?

Would you want him to be involved in any aspect of the 2020 election between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, having served on the Obama-Biden Transition Team?

His name is John Gilligan, and he has been the President and CEO of the Center of Internet Security since 2018:

The man in charge of the Center for Internet Security, the non-profit which is responsible for the cybersecurity of our nations elections (including the 2020 election between Trump and Biden), has direct ties to Obama and Biden.

Remember that right before leaving office, Obama’s DHS designated our election infrastructure as critical infrastructure, a designation which directly led to the Center of Internet Security’s involvement in “cyber security” for our elections.

Remember it was at Obama’s White House in 2017 that instructions were received to "create a counter-disinformation project to stop a "repeat of 2016.""

Under the guise of “free election cyber-security,” the Center for Internet Security has been placed in the position of being the most powerful non-profit in the world. With the level of access they have to our election infrastructure, they could theoretically dictate the outcome of every election they come in contact with. I’m not making accusations here, but with a topic as important and divisive as this one, these questions must be asked.

Look at the bigger picture that appears to be forming here.

The administrative state Trump was up against, was tasked by Obama to “prevent a repeat of 2016.” They had direct access to our election infrastructure through CIS and then controlled the flow of information using coordination between multiple agencies and the media, big tech, and social media companies that defend them.

The CTIL files revealed what essentially was a narrative clean-up crew, and they were only cleaning up after one political party.

It’s nearly impossible for anybody in the public domain to know with any certainty whether or not there were cyber threats to the 2020 election, because none of that information is public.

Instead, we are forced to rely on our intelligence agencies and those who actually monitored our election infrastructure for answers on whether the 2020 election was “the most secure election in American history.”

We can’t trust that conclusion if it comes from Crowdstrike or the Center for Internet Security.

If there were bad actors attempting to switch votes from Trump to Biden, can you trust that Crowdstrike or CIS would attempt to stop it?

If Crowdstrike and/or CIS software was downloaded onto our election infrastructure, can you trust that they didn’t switch votes themselves? Who would be able to stop them and who would ever find out if they are the ones in charge of detecting and preventing malicious cyber activity?

Technology is supposed to make life easier, but when it comes to our elections, it has done the opposite. Our current system forces us to “trust the experts” and pray they will be honest and unbiased. We aren’t even allowed to question them.

What a terrifying thought.

The only way I see us out of this stranglehold created by the administrative state is through complete transparency.

Voting is the most important and impactful thing that a legal American citizen can do. It must therefore be the most transparent process imaginable. Everything should be on paper. Everything should be recorded on camera. Everything should be verifiable by anybody interested in doing the work to verify it.

Nothing should rely on experts.

Until we get to a system that doesn’t rely on experts, we don’t have a democracy.

We have the illusion of one.

This will be a relatively short article dedicated to the topic of Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs). I’ll be clearing up some misconceptions about PEADs and showing you something incredible that I have uncovered about them.

Let’s begin with some background from the Brennan Center:

Right off the bat, we can clear up some of the misconceptions floating around.

Anybody who is claiming to know for a fact what is specifically in any of the PEADs is lying.

Anybody claiming to know for a fact that a PEAD(s) has been implemented is lying.

We can certainly speculate, as I do often, but for anybody to claim any factual knowledge on what may be in the PEADs or that they were used at all is false. These documents are top secret and “none has ever been leaked.”

Another misconception I believe it is important to address is who might know what’s in the PEADs.

Anybody claiming that only Trump and the military know what’s in the PEADs is lying.

A trove of documents was recently obtained from the George W. Bush Presidential Library through a Freedom of Information Act request. These documents shed light on the review that was taking place of the PEADs while George W. Bush was President. One of the documents included a “PEADs Submission List.” The list showed us which agencies are involved in the separate PEADs

Under the heading “AGENCY” we can find all the different agencies with a PEAD relating to them.

So as of 2004, we have at least 14 different Agencies involved in any number of PEADs: The DOD, DHS, WH, DOJ, NARA, DOC, USDA, DOE, Treasury, OSTP, OPM, DOS, DOT, HHS.

At minimum, the head of each agency would know the details of the PEAD(s) that affects them.

In addition to this, the Office of Legal Counsel performs occasional reviews of the PEADs for legality. Just to make the point clear: the PEADs are known by more than just the President and the Generals in the military. Every PEAD is different and is a response to different scenarios so depending on what happens, any number of agencies could be involved in a PEAD.

New Revelation

Documents from the Clinton administration revealed to us that in the year 2000, there were 40 PEADs in existence:

An Office of Legal Counsel status report from the recent trove of George W. Bush documents revealed the number of PEADs had increased to a total of 52 (48 original, 4 new):

And this brings us to the most recent information we have on PEADs. The Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) was tasked with “working on and updating a series of Presidential Emergency Action Documents.” Every year throughout their review, the OLC would submit a budget request to the House Committee on Appropriations in order to fund the cost of their review. There were 5 total budget requests:

Keep in mind that each of these hearings took place in the year listed above but they we’re requesting funds for the following year. For example, the first one listed above with the year 2013 was requesting funding for 2014:

The OLC budget requests for the years 2013 - 2016, while Barack Obama was President, revealed 56 “current” PEADs which they had been reviewing.

The final OLC budget request from the year 2017 is the only one that occurred while Donald Trump was President of the United States. Here is that same paragraph regarding PEADs from 2017:

What we have here is a small, yet extremely significant change in the wording.

The Obama years all said “each of the current 56 documents.”

The lone Trump year said “each of the approximately 56 documents.”

We went from 56 PEADs “existing at the present time” under Obama to “close, but not precisely” 56 PEADs under Trump.

This means there exist either more or fewer than 56 PEADs, and that number changed while Trump was President. Again, this is the latest information we have and it comes from 2017. We have no clue what changes may have taken place in the following three years, but it’s still an incredible revelation.

This is the first piece of circumstantial evidence we have that Trump may have added a PEAD that wasn’t already in existence. A PEAD that could be in response to a new type of warfare.

I also know that it’s possible that may he removed some PEADs. However, I believe it is much more likely that there were additions.

“The Alarming Scope of the President’s Emergency Powers”

I and many others have been speculating for years that Trump may have used the PEADs in some fashion to implement devolution.

When you look at the actions taken by congress, it seems as though they were concerned about Trump’s potential use of PEADs as well..

Democrats tried pushing legislation to gain access to the PEADs four times leading up to the election in 2020:

They even used the mockingbird media to push the narrative that Trump’s emergency powers were “alarming.” These are just a few examples.

The entire premise of PEADs and COG was built around responding to nuclear war. I discussed this in Devolution - Part 4:

The very first form of continuity of government and use of PEADs that Dwight Eisenhower had prepared was called “Plan D-Minus.”

One of the most revealing public exchanges regarding PEADs came from the Iran-Contra Hearings. Here is another excerpt from Devolution - Part 4:

This is where some of our speculation and circumstantial evidence comes into play.

Closing

Lt. Col. Oliver North wrote “Contingency plans for dealing with nuclear war, insurrection, or military mobilization.” How many times has Trump told us that the real insurrection took place on November 3rd, in reference to the stolen election?

The entire premise of PEADs and COG was built around responding to nuclear war and we know that over the years, warfare has evolved. Wouldn’t it be logical to assume that the PEADs would evolve as well?

Trump flat-out told us a few months ago that our own government agencies have been waging illegal psychological warfare campaigns against us.

Let’s not forget that Trump literally called himself a WARTIME PRESIDENT:

A “different kind of war than we’ve ever had” requires a different kind of solution.

We now know there was a change to the number of PEADs, and the change took place with Trump in office.

We know congress, the media, and the entire establishment were afraid of his potential use of Presidential powers.

We know he was making all sorts of moves after the stolen election.

We know he had every justification to respond to the acts of war waged upon the United States.

So the question remains, did he use the tools available to him, or did he truly walk away from office and allow the regime to take over?

I know what I believe.

If you’re actually willing to look for it, there is no shortage of corruption and conflicts of interest surrounding the current Biden administration.

In the past 3 weeks, there has been a flurry of new information coming out surrounding the narrative battle that took place in the Fall of 2020 over the legitimacy of the Hunter Biden laptop. One of the biggest revelations to so far came from the House Judiciary Committee. On April 20th, 2023, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) issued a press release titled “New Testimony Reveals Secretary Blinken and Biden Campaign Behind the Infamous Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Laptop:”

This bombshell showed us that the Biden campaign actively sought to shape the public’s perception of the Hunter Biden Laptop story by prompting the signing and release of this letter. The man from the Biden campaign allegedly behind these actions was current Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. On its own, this is remarkable, but I think there is much more to it.

Let’s revisit another notable situation that took place in 2020 related to the Hunter Biden Laptop.

“Hack-and-Dump”

On December 19, 2022, Michael Shellenberger revealed during a “Twitter File” thread that the Aspen Institute, a liberal think tank, held a “tabletop exercise” on a potential "Hack-and-Dump" operation relating to Hunter Biden. The goal of this exercise was to “shape how the media covered it.”

From the Washington Free Beacon:

Garrett Graff, Director of Cyber Initiatives at Aspen Digital (a part of the Aspen Institute), was one of the organizers of the tabletop exercise. On October 7th, 2020, one week before the New York Post published the laptop story, Graff published an article for Wired detailing the lessons learned from the tabletop exercise he helped organize.

I urge you to read the full article for full context but here are a few key screenshots:

My personal favorite of those “four C’s” is “contextualize:

The Washington Post, who had reporters attend the “tabletop exercise,” also appeared to have advanced knowledge that the Hunter Biden information was coming.

My favorite of those five principles:

2020 Vision

In hindsight, both the tabletop exercise and the letter signed by the IC officials appear to be part of the same coordinated campaign to discredit the Hunter Biden information that they clearly knew would be coming. That is a logical assumption we can make based on the available information.

The “tabletop exercise” provided the roadmap for how the media, big tech, and social media companies would handle the release of the Hunter Biden “hack and dump” information. The letter signed by the 51 IC officials would give those same companies the justification they needed to bury the story.

It was alleged by Michael Morrell that Antony Blinken was the individual from the Biden Campaign who prompted the letter. Was he also the one who prompted the tabletop exercise?

With that question in mind, I started digging into Antony Blinken and the Aspen Institute. What I did find was damning enough. But what I didn’t find tells me there is an even bigger story here.

Without a doubt, Antony Blinken is a former member of Aspen Institute, the same think tank which hosted the tabletop exercise regarding the Hunter Biden “hack-and-dump.”

A 2009 book published by the Aspen Institute titled “American Purpose” lists Blinken as a member of the Aspen Institute’s “Aspen Strategy Group.”

This alone proves he at least had some connection to the Aspen Institute, even if it was from back in 2009.

What was weird is that this was literally the ONLY thing I could find factually connecting Blinken to the Aspen institute. I spent hours upon hours digging and there was not a mention anywhere. Nothing in any of his bios. Not a trace of it anywhere else on the internet, including the Aspen Institute’s website. It was pure luck that I stumbled across that 2009 book where Blinken is listed.

I decided that if I couldn’t find anything myself, maybe I should call in some backup. So I decided to ask ChatGPT for some assistance.

When I started going back and forth with ChatGPT, this story started to snowball into something much bigger. The actions of the Biden campaign leading up to the 2020 election started to make a lot more sense.

Here is what I found.

The first thing I need you to keep in mind is that ChatGPT has a knowledge cutoff date of September 2021, at least that was the case for the version I was using. Here is verification of that cutoff:

You’ll see why that information cutoff date is important shortly.

I began asking about Blinken and his connections to the Aspen Institute and ChatGPT disclosed that Blinken was a member of the “Aspen Strategy Group SINCE at least 2017.”

If Blinken was a member of Aspen Strategy Group SINCE 2017, and ChatGPT’s knowledge was current through September 2021, we can logically assume that Blinken would have been part of Aspen Institute in September of 2020 when they hosted the “Hack-and-Dump” tabletop exercise.

I continued my search trying to prove that fact.

I had already searched the Aspen Institute website and found nothing, so I asked for the news sources instead.

This is where things got weird. Every single source provided by ChatGPT came up as “404 not found.” I obviously found that weird, so I entered the links into all the archiving websites I could find and not a single one had any history of these articles. Not even the titles of the articles would show up when searched online. Everything came up empty. I then asked ChatGPT for more news articles referencing Blinken’s membership in the Aspen Strategy Group.

Once again, all the links provided came back “404 not found,” and nothing showed up on any of the archiving sites. I just continued asking for more and more articles and links trying to find something that would work.

In total I tried 13 unique links that ChatGPT provided and not a single one ended up working directly or through the archiving websites. Try searching for these links or the titles of the articles for yourself (copy and pasted from ChatGPT with only the duplicates being removed):

Remember that ChatGPT is only current up to September of 2021. Is it possible that since that date, all of the information regarding Blinken’s connections were scrubbed from the internet? That could be a stretch, but considering none of the links even showed up on the archiving sites, it was the most plausible explanation I could think of.

Since I hit a brick wall with finding the articles, I resorted to having ChatGPT provide me with the text directly which is where I stumbled upon further evidence that Blinken was a member of the Aspen Strategy Group at the time the tabletop exercise was held.

Here are the relevant screenshots from a few of those articles. The first from Newsweek:

The second from Politico:

This Politico article from November 23, 2020 is the most damning. In the article, which is no longer available on the internet, Politico said they reviewed records from the Aspen Institute and those records showed that Blinken has been a member of the Aspen Strategy Group since 2017. This would be proof that Blinken was part of the Aspen Institute in September of 2020 when they held the tabletop exercise.

It makes a little more sense now that the information referencing Blinken’s connections to the Aspen institute are no longer accessible via the internet.

The fact that it was so difficult to find information regarding Antony Blinken’s connection to the Aspen Institute got me wondering if this rabbit hole went even deeper.

It does.

WestExec Advisors

I started asking for more information about Blinken and I eventually came across this article which also had a broken link and was not available through the archiving websites.

Here are the details:

I want to go through parts of an article published by The Intercept on July 6, 2021:

Here is one more article showing the “boutique” nature of WestExec Advisors:

Blinken indeed co-founded WestExec Advisors and at least 15 members from the firm have been involved in the Biden administration. The “boutique” nature of their firm allowed clients to speak directly with Blinken.

Now let’s go back to the ChatGPT article:

This article revealed that Antony Blinken provided “strategic advice to the investment fund, BHR Partners.”

Antony Blinken was providing strategic advice to Hunter Biden’s investment fund, BHR Partners. If what ChatGPT is saying is true, that is a rather massive bombshell. Hunter Biden’s laptop details many of his foreign business dealings, including those with BHR Partners.

Since 2018, the Justice Department has been investigating Hunter Biden and his finances. It was reported in December of 2020 that the investigation was looking into some of his Chinese business dealings:

* Just wanted to note that the investigation started in 2018 and Hunter Biden didn’t learn about it until December of 2020. Real investigations don’t leak. *

We now have reason to speculate that Blinken may have been part of those Chinese Business dealings through his consulting firm, WestExec advisors.

The story gets more interesting from here. Let’s dig a little further into what we know about the Hunter Biden Investigation.

It was reported in October of 2022 that there was sufficient evidence to charge Hunter, but it would be up to U.S. Attorney David Weiss who was overseeing the case.

The fact that Weiss is still allowed to operate is fascinating. When Joe Biden took office, he fired every Trump-Appointed attorney except for two.

I’ll get to John Lausch shortly.

That’s Classified

In early January, we found out that roughly 10 classified documents were found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy:

Blinken happened to be a managing director at the Penn Biden Center.

Furthermore, the Penn Biden Center had received significant funding from Chinese donors.

The article above from Just the news was written in March of 2020. The Penn Biden Center was created in 2018:

This means that while Antony Blinken’s WestExec Advisors was serving as an consultant to Hunter Biden’s BHR Partners on their Chinese business dealings, the Penn Biden Center, which Blinken was a managing director of, was receiving millions of dollars from anonymous Chinese Donors.

What I didn’t realize at the time, is how intimately involved Antony Blinken appears to be in this entire situation.

Let’s recap everything we have discussed so far:

• Michael Morrell alleged in testimony to the House Judiciary Committee that Antony Blinken was the individual from the Biden Campaign who prompted the letter from the 51 IC officials stating that Hunter Biden’s Laptop was Russian Disinformation.

• Antony Blinken is also connected to the Aspen Institute which held the “hack-and-dump” tabletop exercise which played a major role in shaping how the media, big tech, and social media handled the Hunter Biden Laptop story.

• Antony Blinken, via WestExec advisors, was providing strategic advice to Hunter Biden’s investment fund, BHR Partners.

• While providing advice to Hunter Biden’s investment fund, Blinken was also the managing director of the Penn Biden Center which was receiving millions of dollars in donations from anonymous Chinese Donors.

• The Joe Biden classified document scandal started with documents being found at the Penn Biden Center.

• The Weiss investigation has very likely uncovered the use of classified material being used in Hunter Biden’s business dealings.

Antony Blinken appears to have had a vested interest in making sure the laptop story was swept under the rug and not allowed to impact the election. That is where the “hack-and-dump” exercise and the letter from the intelligence officials came into play.

To further connect all of this together, here is an email exchange uncovered by JustTheNews showing Michael Morrell getting John Brennan to “add his name to this list.” As we discussed earlier, Michael Morrell testified to doing this upon the prompting of Antony Blinken and the Biden Presidential Campaign.

John Brennan was no doubt eager to add his name to the list. His eagerness could be attributed to numerous factors. Among them would be Brennan being part of the team at WestExec Advisors:

Quid Pro Quo?

If you were to go to the Aspen Strategy Group’s member list of today, there are a lot of interesting (and swampy) names but when you compare it to the archived list of names from October of 2020, there are two notable names no longer listed.

It may still be speculation, but it does appear that the Aspen Institute’s decision to hold the “hack-and-dump” exercise was more than just a coincidence. Many members of the Biden administration are/were connected to the Aspen Institute. Blinken and his WestExec co-founder, Michèle Flournoy, both appear to have been members of the Aspen Strategy Group when the “hack-and-dump” was held.

So what did the Aspen Institute get in return for doing their part in getting Joe Biden elected?

On 09/01/2021, Antony Blinken’s State Department awarded a $10.3 Million grant to the Aspen Institute.

This was the first grant that the Aspen Institute received directly from the State Department since 2010, when they received two small grants totaling $445,500.

Just so we’re all on the same page about what happened here, I’ll explain this one more time.

• Antony Blinken (and others from his WestExec Advisors group) was almost certainly a member of the Aspen Institute when they held their “hack-and-dump” tabletop exercise.

• That exercise covered a “hypothetical scenario” about the release of information about Hunter Biden and his business dealings.

• The purpose of the exercise was to shape how the media would cover this situation because the only explanation for anything like this happening was that it was part of a “Russian Disinformation Campaign.”

• This exercise took place 1 month before the New York Post story was published.

• Once the story was published, the media, big tech, and social media followed the template laid out by the Aspen Institute’s tabletop exercise and swept the story under the rug.

• Joe Biden went on to “win” the election.

• On September 1st, 2021, the Aspen Institute received a $10.3 million grant from the Antony Blinken-led State Department. This was their first grant from the State Department in over 10 years and it was the largest grant (by a large margin) that they have ever received from the United States Government.

I’m not saying this proves a Quid Pro Quo. This could just be a coincidence.

But I don’t believe in coincidences.

Closing

You smear somebody with falsehoods and all the rest and then you merchandise it and then you write it and they’ll say, see, it’s reported in the press that this, this, this and this, so they have that validation that the press reported the smear and then it’s called a wrap-up smear. In essence, the tactics used by the think tanks, media, big tech, social media, and the intelligence community was that of a wrap-up smear.

The Aspen Institute put forth falsehoods that were later “validated” by the letter from the 51 intelligence officials. This tactic was coordinated. Both the letter and the exercise were put forth to delegitimize the Hunter Biden Laptop story which detailing Hunter Biden’s business dealings, and Antony Blinken was potentially connected to those dealings as well.

So ultimately, what appears to be undeniable at this point is that at the center of the whole scheme, was Antony Blinken on behalf of the Joe Biden Presidential Campaign.

What’s also undeniable, is the effect this had on the outcome of the 2020 Presidential Election.

The only real question that remains is, did Trump and his team know?

On October 20th, 2020, shortly after the laptop story was successfully swept under the rug thanks to the letter and the “hack-and-dump” exercise, Trump stopped to answer a question from reporters:

Trump knew what was on the laptop. He didn’t mince words when he called Joe Biden a criminal. He also didn’t mince words when he called the media criminal for not reporting on it. Trump’s administration knew what Biden & co. were doing was interference in the election. Every week, we have more and more information about how corrupt the Biden Crime family is and the lengths to which everybody in their orbit have gone to cover up their tracks.

Ask yourself this.

If Joe Biden and his criminal associates were really in FULL control and going to get away with what they have done, why is any of this information coming out at all?

The answer to that question is in plain sight.

It has been some time since I have posted an article in the Devolution Series. My most recent installment, Part 23, was published on June 15th of 2022. I made a commitment that I wouldn’t post anything just for the hell of it and I have stuck to that, but I knew the series wasn’t over because there was plenty more left to be discovered.

Since my last Devolution article, my primary focus has been Badlands Media. Kate and I founded Badlands Media in October of 2022 and life has been bonkers ever since.

There have been some recent developments surrounding the Hunter Biden Laptop story which got me researching into everything deeper. I initially found some interesting connections and was working on an article for our substack. The further I got into the rabbit hole, the more interesting everything became, and the article wound up being Devolution Part 24.

Based on recent events, we are finally realizing there is opposition on Truth Social and they are actively causing disruption on the platform.

If you are currently active on Truth Social, you’re probably witnessing a giant uptick in nasty attacks and “infighting.”

This is not organic.

This isn’t “infighting” either. There is a group on Truth Social that has been harassing others on the platform completely unsolicited and until now, without response.

On November 23rd, 2022, after weeks of escalating harassment, a video was posted on Truth Social by Alex (@the_authority) in which he claimed that Kate is a Mossad agent. The accusation would be laughable if it wasn’t so serious in nature.

What is Mossad?

Kate was accused of being an Israeli Spy. A capital crime.

Much has been uncovered behind the scenes in the weeks following the release of this video. We now know that this accusation was the culmination of a coordinated “operation” that has been in the works since at least October 7th.

The level of organization and pre-planning points to a coordinated, thought-out, targeted operation at Badlands, myself and Kate, yes, but also at the community in general, as our words, shows and ideas reach a large and growing audience. They had initially tapped me as their target and had been building the narrative that I was an infiltrator and a bad actor that had duped everyone, including Kate. When they couldn’t find anything to use against me, they set their sights on Kate. They hired a private investigator, and the result of their “investigation” was the Mossad accusation.

Since the attack on Kate kicked off, the day before Thanksgiving, things have been unfolding behind the scenes and we have been receiving information from people who were involved and knew about the operation for some time. We have been working hard to compile the copious amount of evidence, which we will be handing over to law enforcement in the cities where some of these people live. There were many people who had a hand in this. Of the people involved, I believe there was potentially a mix of 3 different types of people:

1.     Actual infiltrators whose job it was to destroy the movement

2.     Useful idiots being manipulated by the emotions, ego, jealousy, spitefulness, etc.

3.     Good people who got duped and really believe we are bad

I have no idea which of the first 2 categories Jeffrey Pedersen (@intheMatrixxx) or Alex (@the_Authority) belong to, but they were both leading the charge to some capacity. We know now that one big reason they were able to get so many people to join them on this mission was that they had these people convinced that they were being directed to carry this out by at least 1 very powerful person that everyone in this community respects:

These figures allege, without evidence, that Kash Patel sanctioned this defamatory operation, which we do not believe.

In the Matrix and The Authority used Kash's name as a mechanism to leverage support from people within WTM and the community to participate in an "operation" they were told was sanctioned by Kash (which we don’t believe) and his "best friend," Erik Rinehold.

It is important for us to clarify that we (myself, Kate, and everyone at Badlands) don’t believe for a second that Kash was involved. It makes zero sense. The Fight With Kash Foundation literally fights against defamation, which is exactly what was being carried out through this organized attack. We have the utmost respect for Kash, and anyone who has followed me for some time knows I chose my pseudonym as an homage to him because he’s a personal hero of mine. I can’t believe some people bought into this, but they did.

The narrative that Kash was allegedly behind it was being fueled by some very nasty posts that Kash’s supposed best friend, Erik Rinehold, was making about me and Kate. To the people who were taking Jeff and Alex’s word that the operation had the “green light” by Kash via Rinehold, those posts were an indication that they must be telling the truth.

The posts were confusing even to those not aware of this supposed operation just based on the absolute vitriol they contained. This guy really seems to hate us for whatever reason. It seemed to Kate and I, that there must have been some giant misunderstanding and as you’ll later see, we were eager to clear it up.

The following documentation is just some of what we’ve gathered that proves the coordination and premeditation of this attack. The reason we’re sharing part of it publicly is that we believe it’s important for people to understand and make sense of the chaos this group is creating. We’re trying to minimize the damage they’re attempting to make. Since Kate and I have remained silent on the issue and haven’t given them much to latch onto, they have already moved on to other prominent figures in the movement, now attacking and attempting to slander them.

The Beginning

It’s True that Kash Patel has made multiple statements on Truth Social regarding me, and stating that Devolution is “OFF” the table. He did in fact block me, which sucked, but was not surprising considering my work. I honestly would expect nothing less. Something that gave me some peace of mind was a message I received from Awakened Outlaw in July, shortly after I was blocked:

This is the “Rinehold” referred to above:

It was a cool message but if I’m being honest, I didn’t put any weight into this either. If Kash is part of Devolution (something I fully believe is happening) then he isn’t going to tell his “best friend” either. It was just cool to see somebody associated with Kash familiar with my work and acknowledging it in a positive way.

Then things got weird.

On October 4th, a clip from one of my Power Hour shows was edited to be taken out of context and shared around truth social until it reached the same Erik Rinehold mentioned in the message above.

Here is what he had to say about the video:

Again, this honestly shook me because the clip was obviously taken out of context. Here were my responses:

This whole thing was frustrating because I chose the name Patel to Honor him, and I had the pseudonym (Patel Patriot) months before I ever started my devolution series. I had no idea I was even going to write a series let alone one that it would blow up the way it did. I never once claimed to be him and never tried to mislead anybody into thinking I was. Saying otherwise is a provable lie. I could have compiled hundreds of clips, but this should easily get the point across:

It was a frustrating speed bump, but I stayed focused and started Badlands Media and as a group we have done everything we can to focus on creating our content and stay out of the “mud.”

AMAZEBALLS

There was a pretty major dustup in the WTM and Badlands chats on October 7th, 2022. We had invited SSGQ to do a show on Badlands because he had previously done decent work discussing parasites. Badlands Media is made up of normal people and we have a private group chat where we conduct business, chat, joke around, and blow off steam.

You may now be seeing some of those conversations posted out of context on Truth Social because what we didn’t know, is that SSGQ was cloning our private Badland’s chats and sending them to Alex. Alex had set up another private group that would be used to help concoct the “plan”:

• Matrix = Jeffrey Pederson

• AO = Awakened Outlaw

• RPB = Red Pill Babe

• “I” = SSGQ

On the night of October 7th Alex started dropping screenshots from Badlands in WTM and the feelings of some were hurt because we hadn’t announced Badlands to the group yet because it wasn’t ready. We had JUST gotten started with it and were still trying to figure out how we would structure it or if it was even possible at all. It’s important to note that Craig (IET) was made aware of our ambition to create Badlands from our first idea of it and was updated every step of the way. He knew that everyone in WTM who created video or article content would be invited to join if and when we actually got going. But the picture Alex painted to the group was a completely different story. He dropped a couple out of context screen shots of our private chat and said we had created a competitive secret group in order to usurp WTM. All hell broke loose. That very same night and into the morning of October 8th, Awakened Outlaw direct messaged a WTM member the following:

So a few key takeaways from the conversation above:

• They accuse me (Jon) of running an op on Kate to split WTM

• It also outlines everybody involved or aware at the time (October 7th)

  • Craig = Dr. C 17 or IET17

  • The Authority

  • Jeffrey Pederson (MG SHOW)

  • Danielle

  • Lisa

  • Red Pill Babe

  • SSGQ

  • Awakened Outlaw (AO)

• They claim that they “received instruction from Kash… via his buddy Erik”

• He admits they have a “plan so amazeballs that if we can pull it off it’s going to blow your mind”

Wonder what that plan could be?

On October 17th, shortly after launching Badlands Media, the MG Show said this:

The above clip was the first we noticed Jeff/Shady drawing obvious lines in the sand out in the open with their disingenuous comments about Badlands Media. I'm pretty sure Jeff knows how to spell and that Badlands is 1 word and that's not how acronyms work.

On November 16th, Jeff and shady had this to say on their show:

“That was actually the most successful op run on Q… Devolution.” These guys were clearly upset and were taking it out on me personally and doing so using lies about my work and the things I have said. I have never claimed that Devolution means you shouldn’t vote and have repeatedly said the opposite. Here is one example (I could have found many):

In addition to the harsh words from Jeff and Shady on their show, The Authority & others had begun posting on Truth Social in their build up to the Mossad accusations. People were noticing and it led to an exchange amongst numerous We The Media admins. This exchange took place November 17th, one day after the Jeff and Shady clip.

*DISCLAIMER*

We received permission to release these messages from each individual in the following exchange. The only individual we did not ask was In The Matrix (Jeff), because we assumed that he and the Authority are perfectly ok with the sharing of private messages since they have been doing so for multiple weeks now.

Even with permission, we decided to block out the names and avatars of everybody involved for their privacy. This was simply necessary so we could get the truth out. Each individual is color-coded so you can get a feel for the flow of the conversation.

“Buckle Up and watch Patel patriot burn.”

With things getting so ugly, we sat here baffled at where this hatred was coming from. Kate and I were sure there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere. We felt that if we could just speak with Erik and find out exactly what it was that he (and allegedly Kash) hated us so much for, that it would certainly get cleared up. This was no longer affecting just myself, Kate, Badlands Media, and WTM, but it was bleeding into the community in general. Nobody knew what to believe. Unfortunately, the only person we knew who had contact with Rinehold was Jeff, so Kate asked humbly if he could please make that happen. Now, knowing that Jeff was in on this “Op,” we realize it was a fool’s errand, but at the time we felt it was worth trying.

From November 20th:

We still don’t know exactly why Erik has so much hostility towards us. It’s hard for me to believe it’s from an out of context, 1 minute clip. After trying and failing to find a resolution, the “operation,” which was supposedly sanctioned by Kash Patel via his “best friend” Erik Rinehold, was launched.

November 21st, 2022

Dear Mossad…

November 21st is when the entire “Op” kicked off. It started with this random post by IET giving a ‘middle finger to the Mossad’ which he claims to “know” are “here faking MAGA.”

We would later find out that Craig posted this after The Authority had told him about the Mossad claims he was going to release about Kate. The Authority “Quote Truthed” IET’s Mossad post and added some gematria to it.

After receiving a question in response to the post above, Alex explained that Craig posted the ‘middle finger to the Mossad’ post right after Alex told Craig about Kate’s Mossad connections:

A few hours later there was a post from the WTM Truth Social account:

Keep in mind that at this time, there were roughly 50 members in WTM who had access to the WTM Truth Social account and it’s impossible to know who posts what. There was a mad rush to figure out who actually posted this. In the days leading up to this post, Alex had been on a spree of harassing Kate and myself on Truth Social. We knew that this post would set him off and make him feel justified in whatever it was he was about to do.

We were right:

It’s obvious that they were trying to pin this post on Kate - and like I said, this was what Alex used to officially launch his smear campaign. One thing that Alex said in his post above is comically ironic looking back it. He claimed he “will never stop telling the truth, despite how unpopular the Truth may be.”

Well, the truth is, it was Alex who made this post about himself from the WTM account, in order to use it as a springboard to kick off this smear campaign. He admitted it to multiple people in WTM, including Craig, Jordan, SSGQ and Sun Tzu. Here are a few messages confirming that Alex was the one behind the post:

November 22nd

#Blackboxgate

On November 22nd, Jeffrey Pederson and Shady Groove had Liz Crokin on the MG show to talk about Britney Spears. During the interview they asked her who ran security for Britney:

After the interview, Liz made the following post on her Truth Social, similar to Craig’s from the day before, calling out the “infiltrators & fake MAGA turncoats:”

Jeff was so shocked by the mention of black box…

…that he made the following Truth Social post:

That curiosity quickly spread throughout the “truther” community:

What’s interesting about this last picture is the claim that “Liz knows allllllll about them” [Black Box]. She may know quite a bit, but a quick search on telegram shows she had only mentioned it 1 time (9 months ago) prior to her interview on the MG show:

She also was interviewed by RedPill78 weeks prior to this MG show interview, and it was never mentioned:

We watched Liz's documentary specifically about Britney Spears and there was 1 sentence about Black Box that we could find. We searched her substack, her social media, etc, and couldn't find Liz's deep dive on Black Box anywhere for ourselves.

That doesn't mean it doesn't exist, but the point is this; When Kate pressed the rest of these people in WTM who were salivating over Black Box publicly and how Liz had "the goods" and knew allllllllll about them, they couldn't point her to where all this exposure from Liz was either. Not a single one could share with her the supposed source of Liz's long and detailed exposure of Black Box and how they were all so familiar with it. They actually hadn't seen it either.

And none of them could explain why the topic of Black Box was suddenly so interesting to them. It appears that Liz may have been set up and used to get people talking about Black Box, something they would use to attempt to “crucify” Kate, next day.

Alex packaged up a Steele Dossier on Kate and ran it through their “media,” MG Show and allies on Truth Social, to circulate it. They tried to play FusionGPS and Orbis Business Intel. Alex and the crew were the latter, while the people pushing it and circulating it all were the former.

They handled the reporting of it the same way the MSM handled the dossier.

”We have questions.”

“We need more answers.”

“These are serious allegations.”

The narrative and their goals to take down Kate, me, Badlands, WTM, etc., were all that mattered, the research never did. They knew it was bs all along.

We’ve seen quite a few communist tactics being used by this group; gaslighting, public struggle sessions, accusing others of that which you are guilty, etc.

Pay attention to who is in unrelenting attack mode. Ask yourself if it’s possible that they don’t realize the damage they are causing. Why would someone who’s supposedly here to fight on the side of good and go after actual evil, turn their weapons on people with the same mission you are making a positive impact and helping people?

Even though we do not respond, they continue to lob attacks our way:

When in full context you can see that it was a joke/pun regarding a combination of the Badlands Media Show “Trash Talk with Pat and JB” and Chris Paul’s joke about calling my show the “Kash Patel Show:”

The reality is that we respect the hell out of Kash Patel and think he's a great patriot and an American hero, but we also responsibly question everything and everyone and discuss our speculations in private. Our private chats are our personal fox holes where we spitball, make jokes, and blow off steam to help us navigate the thick fog of war.

After the writing of this article, I will not comment on this situation again. I didn’t want to even address this in the first place, but I felt compelled to show the full truth of what has been going on. I do hope this will reach the eyes of Kash Patel because he should know what his name is being used for and how many people actually believe he of all people has anything to do with this. Even if he doesn’t like me or has to publicly distance himself from me, I would have to see hardcore evidence that he was actually involved in something so stupid and harmful. He deserves to know what is being alleged about him, and we had no way of contacting him, so transparency in this matter was needed to help clear out those who operate in the dark.

In this article I’m going to be examining a recent series of articles that have come out with a hypothesis against devolution. As you all know, I never shy away from a discussion of the facts and I’m always open to those questioning my theory. I will present their thesis and how it lines up against devolution and then do my best to show you why I believe they are wrong.

Faulty Conclusions

The “Reconstitution Series” by 17 SOG certainly provides plenty of research and vivid writing showing the history of our government and special forces. I know that a detailed history lesson with the heroics of the past can make us all feel good, but it doesn't change the fact that these history lessons do precisely nothing to support the foundational claims that their series puts forth.

These authors set out with a goal to create a scenario in which devolution couldn’t be possible. I’m going to paraphrase but this is the gist of their argument:

Bush enacted COG plans after 9/11 and never rescinded them. Because they were never rescinded, Trump couldn’t have initiated COG himself. Instead, what Trump was actually doing was reconstitution out of those COG plans.

Here is another quote they used to present their argument:

Again, their entire theory is based on the idea that we have been in COG since 9/11 and we have never been reconstituted. They claim that what Donald Trump did with executive order 13961 was just a simple continuation of COG policy as every President before him has done.

Who is the source of the above quote claiming the COG plans “have never been rescinded"? Is it some government official who took part in the COG operation? Is it somebody with any insider information at all?

Let’s find out.

Yes, an Antifa blogger is who they used as a source for their primary argument that we’ve been in COG since 9/11. Here is further proof of his Antifa affiliations from the “Antifa Info-bulletin” he contributes to:

I think where this series really struggled was in their interpretation of how continuity of government works. Instead of using common sense and going where the facts led, their tunnel vision clouded their writing and obfuscated the reality of what Trump actually did. Here are a few things I’m going to cover.

I’m going to skip number one because it’s obvious and I’m really not sure why they claim that as a “new discovery not found anywhere else.” The two main topics I will be breaking down for you are numbers 2 and 3.

Our government has been in Continuity of Government (COG) since 9/11/2001

The title of this whole series is called “Reconstitution.” Let’s look one more time at their theory:

To suggest that the COG plans initiated by Bush have never been rescinded is “patently false.” These are strong claims for anybody to be making. It’s true that Bush initiated COG in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. Nobody is suggesting otherwise. Where I definitely disagree is their claim that those plans were never rescinded.

When you really think about it, they were smart to choose this theory because it is something that can’t be proven wrong using an official document because that isn’t how these things work.

What I’m saying is there is no piece of paper out there saying anything along the lines of “COG is over, let’s reconstitute.”

Back on March 29th of this year, I wrote an article titled “Does Devolution Require Trump’s Return?” Within this article I discuss the reconstitution phase:

So, reconstitution begins immediately after the event concludes. I examined every possible COG document I could get my hands on and not a single one says anything having to do with reconstitution beginning after some sort of official declaration or issuance of a document or order. Again, that isn’t how it works.

Even so, there is plenty of circumstantial evidence that the COG plan that was initiated on the morning of 9/11 was ended that same night. I think it would be important to read a key definition directly from NSPD - 51. I’ll explain NSPD-51 in more detail later.

So keep in mind that COG is reserved for “Catastrophic Emergencies.” This is important to understand. Continuity of Government is designed for a worst-case scenario in which our government leaders can no longer lead the nation. It is a contingency plan to allow our country to preserve some semblance of our form of government.

Here are a few more explainers on “Reconstitution.”

“The process of reconstitution will generally start immediately after an event concludes.” “Reconstitution may continue for an extended period until normal operations are resumed from the original or replacement primary operating facilities.”

Here is the White House draft of the events from 9/11:

9/11 was interesting in terms of COG because it was implemented even though none of the primary operating facilities were destroyed and none of our government or executive branch leadership was taken out or unable to continue leading the nation.

The COG plan was implemented at 9:55 AM. The “event” concluded when the final plane crashed in PA around 10:06 AM. Obviously, at the time, they likely didn’t know it was the final event, so they took precautions and left the COG plan in place for a little while but the primary heads of our government were back to business by that afternoon.

At 3:30 PM, President Bush chaired an NSC meeting from Offutt AFB, Nebraska. That night, President Bush was back at the White House addressing the nation. The government was back to normal operations at their normal operating facilities.

It’s true that they left their COG contingency plans in place with teams of people waiting at the COG facilities - but they were no longer active. Here is an article from the Washington Post dated March 1st, 2002. Note the language here as it is very important:

The “shadow government” was left in place as a “indefinite precaution.”

Again, this means they weren’t active. They were there in waiting in case of another attack - one that would cripple our government. Since they were not active, that means the government had already reconstituted. Just because teams of people were in waiting at COG facilities in case of a worst case scenario, doesn’t mean that COG was still in operation.

Here is a hypothetical situation for you. My parents own a back-up generator. Their primary source of electricity comes from the city. One day a storm hits and their normal source of power from the city goes out. They pull out the generator, turn it on, and use it until the city is able to get the power back on and functioning normally. Once the power from the city is restored, they shut down the generator and put it away.

Just because my parents own a generator and have it ready and waiting, that doesn’t mean it is generating any power. The generator is a contingency plan exactly like the teams of people at the COG sites were for Bush after everything was reconstituted back to normal operations.

So again, none of our government leadership was taken out and as of that same afternoon, all of them remained active and publicly running our government. None of that would be the case if a genuine COG plan had still been activated and “never rescinded.”

Having a COG contingency in waiting is not the same as actually being in a state of COG.

“The use of persistent states of emergency to maintain COG and grant unconstitutional powers to the Executive branch”

There is no doubt that all Presidents have abused the use of “national emergencies” to take advantage of the powers that come with it. The 17 SOG series draws faulty conclusions in their belief that the “national emergencies” which grant the Presidents those broad powers have anything to do with Continuity of Government.

We are talking about two completely different types of emergencies here.

• “National emergencies,” which grant the President numerous yet specified emergency powers. There is a distinct process to declare a national emergency to get those powers. You will see shortly that the authority to declare these national emergencies must stem from either an act of Congress or the Constitution.

• “Catastrophic emergencies” which would kick off continuity of government are no-notice emergencies. They do not need to be declared publicly in an executive document.

Like I said earlier, there is no doubt that Presidents have long taken advantage of the National Emergency Act to broaden their powers.

I’m going to show you here shortly why they are wrong about national emergencies and COG. First I need to show you what they said about EO 13961.

They have this very wrong. EO 13961 is not a “continuation of the COG Bush initiated in 2001.” The claim that “since 2001, Executive Orders have been issued by every single administration to detail their structure for COG” is a false claim. Directives and Executive orders are two different things. Even stating that every single administration issued its own policy related to continuity of government is wrong. Trump didn’t issue his own COG policy, he implemented and executed a previous one - I’ll show you that here shortly.

They go on to show history of continuity of government. Here is their so-called “bloodline.” This gets the point across even though some of the “revisions” and “in alignment withs” are not accurate.

What they are trying to do here is tell a story that what Trump did is no different than every President before him. They also claim that the state of emergency issued by Bush was used to justify the COG he put in place:

How could a proclamation issued on September 14th, 2001 be used to justify a COG plan implemented on September 11th, 2001?

Anyway, I want to continue by proving to you that 13961 was different. I’m going to focus on the last 4 continuity related documents mentioned here:

First we need to understand exactly what NSPD and PPD are - types of National Security Directives.

These directives are used to tackle foreign policy issues and national security matters. Each President has their own title for these directives. You are probably most familiar with Trump’s “National Security Presidential Memorandums”:

NSPD 51 was implemented by GW Bush in 2007 and contained our nation’s National Continuity Policy until it was replaced by Obama’s PPD-40. PPD-40 is still the policy guidance for continuity to this day because Trump never issued his own continuity policy (I’ll explain what Trump did shortly). After being replaced, NSPD-51 was unclassified and as I showed you before, this is where we can get some key information and definitions about COG and “catastrophic emergencies”.

9/11 was certainly a “catastrophic emergency” which I believe justified the implementation of COG. They didn’t know at the time if any more attacks were to come. COG is designed to safeguard our government from total collapse due to the loss of its leadership, so it makes sense that they took the precautions to initiate these plans. But again, by the time the evening rolled around, the threat had dissipated and therefore the catastrophic emergency was over. Our government remained intact and resumed normal operations. None of the primary operating facilities or heads of those agencies were taken out. As a contingency, they left their COG teams at the various sites in case any further threats presented themselves.

Let’s continue.

As it currently stands, PPD-40 holds our nation’s National Continuity Plans. It was not revised by FCD 1 & FCD 2 as claimed by the 17 SOG. FCD 1 & 2 were used by FEMA to implement the requirements set forth by PPD-40. The two directives actually detail that fact for us themselves.

Executive order 13961 is an entirely different ballgame. 13961 is not a policy or a continuation of anything prior as claimed by 17 SOG here:

Let me show you why Executive Order 13961 is different. Recall what I wrote in Devolution - Part 13 and how the entire executive order was based in the context of War and National Defense. This is not typical for a continuity of government order or policy:

So now I’m going to once again break down Executive order 13961 but this time I’m going to do it a little differently than I did in Devolution - Part 13. This is meant to really prove to you that this order was no simple policy continuation. I want to hammer home the fact that this executive order was actually implementing and executing a continuity of government plan.

I won’t go through the entire order in detail, for that you can go back and read Devolution - Part 13. I’m just going to break down the relevant parts to prove this beyond a reasonable doubt. When you see a red line crossing something out, it’s because I don’t want that part to confuse you about what is going on. It should help keep things clear for us. I will also provide bullet points as we go to keep us organized.

The order starts by telling us what the United States’ policy is as it pertains to continuity programs. These programs are meant to ensure (make certain of) two things.

Here is the definition of “ensure:”

So far, we have:

• It is the policy of the United States to maintain comprehensive and effective continuity programs that ensure (guarantee):

  • National Security

  • the preservation of government structure under the United States Constitution and in alignment with Presidential Policy Directive-40

Let’s continue.

Again, the policy they are looking to achieve is the policy we just discussed above.

Here is the definition of “implement:”

Let’s use our definitions to reword what is happening so far:

Trump signed the FMR strategy which is to use concrete measures to guarantee the actual fulfillment of the continuity policy detailed in section 1.

Now let’s update our bullet points:

• It is the policy of the United States to maintain comprehensive and effective continuity programs that ensure:

  • National Security

  • the preservation of government structure under the United States Constitution and in alignment with Presidential Policy Directive-40

• Executive order 13961 and the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy are to be implemented to achieve that policy

Let’s continue with section 3:

This executive committee was created to coordinate the development of the implementation plan for the aforementioned policy and facilitate execution of said plan.

Let’s turn back to our dictionary once more:

Now let’s add this definition to our previous one.

The FMR committee is to carry out fully (or put completely into effect) the FMR strategy, and that strategy is to use concrete measures to ensure the actual fulfillment of the continuity policy detailed in section 1.

And a final update to our bullet points:

• It is the policy of the United States to maintain comprehensive and effective continuity programs that ensure:

  • National Security

  • the preservation of government structure under the United States Constitution and in alignment with Presidential Policy Directive-40

• Executive order 13961 and the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy are to be implemented to achieve that policy

• The established FMR committee is to develop a plan to implement the FMR Strategy and facilitate execution of that plan

Trump created a committee tasked with the implementation and execution of a continuity of government plan.

Let’s go back and look at the claim made by the 17 SOG group:

I will say it once more - executive order 13961 was not simply a continuation of the COG Bush initiated in 2001. Rather, it is an implementation and execution of the existing National Continuity Policy (PPD-40), and it was done in the face of a stolen election - an act of war if there ever was one.

Remember the definition of “catastrophic emergency” from NSPD 51?

Wouldn’t a stolen election (act of war) be considered a “disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.” Executive order 13961 is an implementation plan necessitated by the fact that we are at War from a stolen election.

The Biden administration is surely taking its toll creating extraordinary levels of disruption “severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions".”

Also, recall what Trump directly told us in his introduction letter to the Federal Mission Resilience Strategy. I won’t post the entire thing but I really feel like he was indirectly telling us the situation:

It’s being issued to address long-term challenges from near peer adversaries.

Those adversaries are competing below the threshold of armed conflict (think irregular warfare from Devolution - Part 22)

This strategy will “fully implement” the National Continuity Policy so we can preserve our constitutional form of government.

We the people (individual citizens) need to do our part to preserve, protect, and defend our way of life. This part right here is the Devolution Sandwich I always talk about.

Closing

No matter how lovely a line of reasoning may be, if it is based on a completely false premise, then it’s just the fruit of a poisonous tree, and that is what the “Reconstitution Series” is. There are really two false premises we are dealing with here.

• The first false premise is the one put forth by the Antifa blogger and used by the 17 SOG stating that Bush’s COG was initiated and never rescinded.

• The second false premise is that Donald Trump’s Executive Order 13961 was just a simple policy continuation as done by his predecessors.

History lessons and vivid writing aside, I believe what they presented in their series did nothing to support their conclusions and there are plenty of available facts to the contrary.

I didn’t even mention the hundreds of pieces of circumstantial evidence that I’ve presented throughout the Devolution Series pointing to Trump implementing and executing a Continuity of Government plan.

The “Reconstitution Series” would have you believe that Trump simply walked away from a stolen election and actually handed over the office of the Presidency to Joe Biden and the CCP.

I’m sorry, but that is not the Donald Trump I have come to know and love.

This addendum is meant to provide a brief update on a topic I have covered previously. Throughout the Devolution Series I have highlighted many of the key executive orders that I believe will be coming into play as things progress and justice is served to those who have wronged America in so many different ways. A compelling source of circumstantial evidence for the devolution theory is that time and again, actions are being taken to continue these executive orders when doing so serves as a complete contradiction to what the narrative tells us should be happening.

For example, one of those key executive orders is executive order 13848 - Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election. We know the 2020 election was stolen and those who stole it currently occupy the White House. Executive order 13848 is tailor-made to fit our enemies’ crimes of election theft and yet, even though they seemingly hold the levers of power and could simply let this national emergency expire, they have now continued this national emergency for a second time:

Seeing this continuation reminded me of another key executive order we have covered in the devolution series that seemed to have an expiration date attached to it. Let’s refresh our memory on a executive order 13818. I won’t do a full recap, but will show screenshots of the most important parts. For a detailed breakdown, go back and re-read Devolution - Part 17:

I published Devolution - Part 17 back in February. Since publishing that article there has been a major development that has gone completely unnoticed. In April, President Biden signed a bill into law titled “H.R.7108 - Suspending Normal Trade Relations with Russia and Belarus Act”:

On the very last page of this Act, in the very last section, they provided us with another one of those contradictions we’ve been looking for.

Recall that Section 1265 of the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act is the section that had the sunset:

In a seemingly random bill, that on the surface had nothing to do with corruption, they removed the sunset clause on the Global Magnitsky Act. By removing the sunset permanently, we once again are provided with circumstantial evidence that Biden is not in full control. This executive order was tailor-made to fit the corruption of the political establishment and those that are currently in “control.” Executive order 13818 may as well be titled “Blocking the property of the Biden Crime Family.”

When I posted that Biden had continued the national emergency for executive order 13848, JustHuman posted a quote from Ayn Rand and it’s perfect for our situation:

I was lucky enough to attend the PIT event hosted by Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips of True the Vote which was held the weekend of August 12th. The information they revealed was jaw-dropping. The PIT provided attendees with the Tiger Project information, and like many other diggers from this community, I have been digging into the data ever since.

Catherine and Gregg found massive corruption when they stumbled across Konnech Inc., an American election technology company founded in 2002, based in Okemos outside of East Lansing, Michigan.

Konnech’s website describes their PollChief software products, which include the Election Worker Management System, Asset Management System, and the MyBallot Tracking System. These are supposedly used by “thousands of Election Offices across North America.”

During the PIT event, Catherine and Gregg shared a slide showing all the major counties in which to focus our research. In my research, there was one county that stuck out to me the most:

The reason this county stuck out to me is because of its size. Los Angeles County has more than 500 political districts and 5.2 million registered voters. It’s the largest and most complex county election jurisdiction in the Country and I think that makes it an easy potential target for election fraud. The PIT documents revealed that there is a connection to Konnech Inc. in LA County, but a deeper dive revealed that there appears to be much more troubling connections.

There is something weird happening in LA county and it has left me with some questions.

Dean Logan

In order to get to the bottom of what is going on with the elections in LA County, we need to start by looking into who is at the top.

Dean Logan has been in the election world for decades starting his career in Washington state. His time there didn’t come without controversy:

So the same guy who happened to find the votes needed to help Chis Gregoire pull off a miracle in Washington back in 2004, went on to become the man running the show for all things related to elections in LA County. Logan is the “mastermind” behind the Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) project which he began in 2009 - the same year he became the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC).

The primary company that Dean Logan contracted to implement the VSAP program was Smartmatic USA Corporation.

Take note that they mention it was an “extensive 9-month bidding and evaluation process” before they ultimately chose Smartmatic. Here is the LA County Board of Supervisors “statement of proceedings” showing the approval of the $282,097,321 contract with Smartmatic USA Corporation:

You’ll notice as we go through this article that every time Dean Logan presents something to the LA County Board of Supervisors, it comes with the recommendation from the Chief Information Officer:

The CIO for LA County at the time all of this was happening is a gentleman named William Kehoe:

In June of 2021, Kehoe accepted a job as the state CIO with Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech). The story gave some insight into his background:

Kehoe was CIO for King County (Seattle), Washington while Dean Logan was the director of elections for King County. Interesting that they both ended up in LA County and happen to be the ones intimately involved in setting up the VSAP project.

Let’s go back to Smartmatic and who they list on their Board of Directors:

The reason I’m pointing out Paul DeGregorio is because he seems to be awfully chummy with Dean Logan. Paul DeGregorio posted pictures on his Facebook account back in December of 2017 providing some insight into his relationship with Dean:

In his own words, Paul DeGregorio claims Dean Logan is his good friend. He is such a good friend that seven months after this December 2017 trip, Dean gave Paul’s company over $282 million.

Votem

Just 3 days after Dean Logan signed the contract with Smartmatic, Votem posted a news story on its website regarding their involvement with VSAP:

Votem is what brings the first Konnech Inc. connection to LA County:

Two years after Votem acquired ABVote from Konnech, they acquired another company:

This basically brings us full circle because Everyone Counts brings us right back to Paul DeGregorio:

Let’s examine a timeline so we can fully understand what is happening here:

• 2004 - Dean Logan is Director of Elections for King County, William Kehoe is CIO for King County - King County happens to find the votes needed for Gregoire to win gubernational race

• July 2008 - Dean Logan becomes LA County CC/RR

• 2009 - Dean Logan starts his VSAP project

• February 15, 2016 - Votem acquires ABVote from Konnech Inc. to boost Votem’s mobile voting platform

• October 2017 - LA County begins 9-month bidding process with election companies for VSAP project

• December 2017 - Paul DeGregorio attends overseas conference in Jordan with his “good friend” Dean Logan

• June 13, 2018 - LA County via Dean Logan signs contract with Smartmatic for $282m + to work on VSAP project

• June 16, 2018 - Votem announces they have partnered with Smartmatic to work on VSAP project - responsible for interactive ballot for mobile devices (mobile devices = ABVote which they acquired from Konnech Inc.)

• October 5, 2018 - Votem announces they have acquired Everyone Counts, a voting company of which Paul DeGregorio serves as “Chief of Elections”

The connection between Smartmatic, Everyone Counts, Votem, and Konnech Inc. may very well be innocent but it is super interesting that a little over a year later, Konnech Inc. received the first of two purchase orders from LA County via Dean Logan:

LA County contracted with Konnech Inc. to implement their PollChief election management software. I’ll get into this a little bit more later. Something interesting happened between October 2019 and July of 2020 - the LA County primary elections in March of 2020. The primary elections were reportedly accompanied with a “cascade of failures.”

One of the interesting failures had to do with PollChief. From a report published by Dean Logan himself:

Even though they signed a contract with PollChief in October of 2019, they weren’t able to use it for the primary elections “because of the amount of customization work required to adapt to the needs of the RR/CC.” They offered the other contract in July of 2020 but the original one-year contract between LA County and Konnech Inc. for the software license was set to expire in October of 2020. In order to avoid that, Dean Logan started laying the groundwork for a sole source contract of a much larger scale.

This is where things get even more interesting. On literally the same exact day, at the same exact LA County Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved the acceptance of a grant from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) while also approving a whopping $2,645,000 contract for Konnech Inc. and their PollChief product:

Reminder of where the CTCL received a majority of their funding:

October 13th, 2020 also happens to be the same day that the CTCL received an additional $100 Million for their “Safe and Reliable Voting” initiative:

October 13th, 2020 seems to be such an important day. Not only was it the day the CTCL received $100m from Zuckerberg, and not only was it the day LA County received money from the CTCL and signed a contract with Konnech Inc., but it’s also the same day that Detroit announced a contract with Konnech Inc. for PollChief using funds from the CTCL (screenshot from documents provided by True the Vote):

Yes, that definitely could just be a coincidence - but what if it isn’t? Was the CTCL money being used specifically for these jurisdictions to bring Konnech Inc. into these elections? Are there other jurisdictions which had both a CTCL grant and a contract with Konnech Inc.?

Here is what’s concerning about PollChief. There was a presentation done in Leon County, Florida in which the “Presenter,” who was trying to get the county to use PollChief, described PollChief’s access to the machines. The presentation appears to have been taken offline but the screenshots still exist:

“The voting machine testing operation is integrated into PollChief to store testing histories, precinct, assignments, and seal data.”

If PollChief has access to the machines testing operation, they have access to the machines themselves, and if PollChief has access to the machines themselves, then the CCP has access to the machines themselves. We know this because Konnech Inc. is on China’s Unicom:

That is the story of the “Tiger Project” we were told at the PIT - a company intimately involved in our elections has a server in Wuhan, China that is connected to China’s Unicom. True the Vote was able to see over 1.8 million names of United States Poll Workers and their Children on that server. I’m not a techy guy, but this is one of the 100s of connections alluding to Konnech Inc. being connected to China.

The fact that Konnech Inc. has so many connections to China is concerning in and of itself, but to really understand the problem here, we need to understand more about China Unicom:

In a recent article of mine, I discussed Joe Biden using his powers as President to benefit the CCP and the ‘Biden Crime Family.’ How fitting that the same executive order I discussed in that article is relevant to this one.

From Patel Patriot’s article titled “Joe Biden Executive Order Proves He Is Sold Out to the CCP:”

Essentially, this executive order by Trump put forth a list of Communist Chinese Military Companies (CCMCs) and required US investors from owning any equity in those companies due to the threat they posed to US national security. Joe Biden would change the language in the EO to allow Hunter to keep his CCMC related investments. How that EO relates to this story is that one of the companies Trump listed as a CCMC back on November 12th, 2020 (which is still on that list today) is China Unicom:

Just so you fully understand, let me reiterate - roughly 5 days after Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 election, Trump happens to list China Unicom as a CCMC. Konnech Inc. - a company with Chinese connections, has a server in Wuhan, China that is connected to the China Unicom internet.

This isn’t even the only connection to China that we find in this LA County story. Dean Logan himself has multiple. Here is a screenshot from Dean’s Linkedin account. I apologize for the small print on this first picture, but I wanted to get it all in one clip to prove it’s from his account:

Dean is an instructor at “The Tseng College” of California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

CSUN also has a China Institute:

I’m not sure why this China Institute at CSUN isn’t part of the “Confucius Institute” program since it appears on the surface to be the exact same thing. Remember what Mike Pompeo said about the Confucius Institutes prior to the 2020 election:

That isn’t even Dean Logan’s only connection to China. Dean went to China on a “leadership exchange” back in 2000 (Feel free to skip down to the highlighted part of Dean’s Bio):

In my 4th Addendum series article titled “Draft Executive Order,” I discuss the Draft EO that was dated December 16th, 2020. It’s just a draft so Trump did not sign it but it still provided some interesting information about multiple election companies, including Smartmatic:

The draft EO names Smartmatic as one of the companies with “the same flaws” as Dominion Voting Systems. The flaws he is referring to is being “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

Earlier we went over the connections between Smartmatic, Everyone Counts, Votem, and Konnech Inc.. Three of those four companies are part of the Election Infrastructure Subsector Coordinating Council (EISCC), which I discussed in Devolution - Part 5:

Here is a quick reminder as to why that is a concern:

Our government has made our election infrastructure so convoluted and has allowed so many conflicts of interests to be ignored in the implementation and security of our elections, that it is impossible for us to trust any outcome moving forward until we throw out the machines and get back to same day voting with paper ballots and verifiable voter identification. We already knew that.

I know you’re probably thinking something like “Yeah Patel, we know our elections are corrupt. We know the people who are in charge of running our elections are one big cesspool of foreign interests and shady deals. This isn’t anything new.”

I agree with you.

As I have said before - in order to remove a cancerous tumor, you need to fully expose it and make sure that when you remove it, there isn’t any cancer left. Dean Logan is a cancer to LA County. Whatever is going on here needs to be investigated fully. I can only go so far with open-source information.

Our duty as American citizens is to expose the corrupt officials in our government and remove them from office, so this is me exposing what I have found about LA County. It’s up to the rest of us to vote in these 2022 midterms and remove as much of the corruption as possible.

We can’t remove the corruption unless we expose it first.

Nobody in this country wants a President in office that is beholden to our enemies. We want a President who will put America first and “Make America Great Again.” Nothing about the Joe Biden administration is putting America first, and certainly nothing they are doing is making America great. This article will not be my typical deep dive that you have become accustomed to. I’m going to instead break down and highlight a series of executive orders which prove that Joe Biden used his presidential office to the benefit of the CCP and his family’s business dealings.

On July 7th, 2022, a story was published discussing Joe Biden selling oil to a CCP-owned oil company. The Breitbart article showed us the CCP company is linked to Hunter Biden’s firm:

This story, which displays massive conflicts of interest, reminded me of an executive order from Trump that is worth a thorough examination. Executive order 13959 is most interesting. It came just 5 days after Joe Biden was declared the winner of the 2020 election. Remember, executive orders aren’t just typed up and released within a day. They require thought and planning. It could take days, even weeks from start to finish to have a proper executive order drawn up using the proper authorities in which to legally execute it. This executive order was in the works for a while, and it is no coincidence that it was published after the election was stolen for Joe Biden. You’ll see that the Biden Crime family was in the crosshairs of what this executive order would accomplish.

The OG EO

Let’s examine executive order 13959 in full:

“The PRC exploits United States investors to finance the development and modernization of its military.”

Donald Trump and his team knew that Communist Chinese Military Companies (CCMCs) were being funded by American investors and he set out to stop this funding from continuing. Here are the details of what he ordered:

The above states that any transactions or investments that provide exposure to CCMCs (that would include primary CCMCs and/or their subsidiaries or parent companies) are prohibited, unless those transactions specifically divest from those companies. Essentially, United States persons could no longer purchase any securities in CCMCs, they could either hold indefinitely or sell.

The executive order continued and defined what a CCMC would consist of.

The above tells us that the Secretary of Defense, either by himself or in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, determines who fits the definition of a CCMC. The Secretary of the Treasury can also determine the subsidiaries that fit the definition.

The Executive order went on to list the companies designated as CCMCs:

You’ll see, shortly, why the highlighted companies are important.

On January 13th, Donald Trump issued Executive Order 13974 which amended Executive Order 13959. This amendment is a critical one.

The amendment put forth by 13974 stated that the “possession of any such securities by a United States person is prohibited.” Remember that the original executive order only stated that you could no longer purchase these CCMC securities - you could either sell them or possess them indefinitely. Executive order 13974 took that option away and no longer allowed for any ownership of these CCMC securities - it forced divestment.

So why is this important? Why do I think this was targeted at the Biden family?

Biden Crime Family

Hunter Biden’s corruption is well-documented, even if censored and covered up by the mainstream media.

On September 23, 2020, Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley, the chairmen of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC) and the Senate Finance Committee, respectively, released a majority staff report entitled “Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns.” There is plenty of corruption in this report and I urge you to take the time to read through it yourself, but here is the primary takeaway related to China:

The three primary ones I want to focus on are Sinopec, Henniges, and China General Nuclear Power Services Corp (CGN).
