Support the Series

I’d like to share with you some of the backstory behind the DEVOLVED series. The creator Adam started working on Vol 1 on his own and I became aware of it shortly before its release. I was able to get in contact with him and that is when we decided to move forward working on this series together. Because he had a full-time job that he needed to support his family, Adam was only able to work on Vol 1 in his “free time” in the evenings, so it took him roughly 3 months from start to finish to complete the first installment.

Right around the time of Vol 1’s release, Adam and his family had moved to a new state and he was about to accept a new job but after multiple discussions, we both decided how important this series was and how we couldn’t wait 3 months for each new episode. At that point I made the decision to essentially hire Adam to work on this project full-time until the series is completed. I’m not sure how many episodes there will be, likely somewhere between 6 and 8 episodes, but because he was able to work on it full time, Vol 2 was completed in less than a month.

Nothing I have put out is behind a paywall. I want those who choose to support me to do so because they see the time and effort I’ve put into my series and see the value in my work. I have rarely, if ever, ask for financial support but I am going to do so now. I have been paying Adam out of my own pocket and will continue to do so until this project is completed but I could use your help if you are willing and/or able.
