Last night’s power hour was filled with information, so I wanted to send out a few things for you guys to look into for yourself.

One of the most compelling cases for Trump leaving office on a wartime footing is the flurry of National Security Presidential Memorandums (NSPMs) that he issued in the last days of his time in office. Here is what I wrote about the topic in Devolution - Part 16:
It becomes obvious how unprecedented this flurry of NSPMs was when you compare it to the release of these same National Security Instruments as some of the most recent Presidents.

You can clearly see that Trump was up to something in those final days - he was busy implementing devolution!

The rest of the information I covered was related to NSPM-13 and cybersecurity. I’m going to type that information up into a separate document because there is so much more to it. Here is the primary thing for you to know. Remember in Devolution - Part 13 I cover how Trump issued an executive order and strategy that implemented and executed devolution. Here is the introduction to his Strategy that Trump personally wrote:
What Trump is referring to here, is our enemies’ actions in cyberspace. There are multiple examples of our cyber strategies using similar language.
I even talk about it in Devolution - Part 9:
What Trump was telling us in that introduction to the Strategy, was that they we’re forced to implement something like devolution, because our enemies were engaging us in the cyber world. He was telling us they hacked the election.
